3. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy

Our products may be developed using autonomous AI agents (e.g., Google Antigravity, Claude, Cursor).

  • As-Is Basis: While we strive for excellence, we provide our products “AS IS.” We do not warrant that the code or software is free of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
  • User Responsibility: You acknowledge that software—especially that developed with AI assistance—requires your own testing and validation before being used in critical environments.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any behavior we deem harmful to other users or our brand.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heckle and Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products. Your use of our software is at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Fees: Some products may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models at any time with reasonable notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
