In my day, we built things to last with sweat, hard work, and lots of nails. Modern dev has traded that grit for bloated, ‘agile’ guesswork. We’re building overcomplicated mansions when all we need is a simple home. I’m a hypocrite, I use them too, but I can still pine for simple.
